Opening last year in Wembley, Gluten Free 4U is a welcome addition to our side of the country. Their bakehouse is nut free and gluten free, and they stock a wide range of dairy free, soy free, egg free, yeast free and fructose free products. I also spied a section of frozen goods, plus bags of GF flour and other baking goodies you can take home with you. Sounds awesome doesn’t it? It is. It’s so good to just walk into a café and know that you can find something to eat. Whether it’s a quick coffee and a muffin, a lunch time pie or dining in, there is so much to choose from. Don’t get me started on the wall of sweets and treats. It’s impossible to leave without something!
So if you’re out that way or want somewhere to go for a lunch or just a special treat. Then I highly recommend taking a trip out to Wembley. You’ll leave with a happy tummy.
